Can you see me for who I am? Can you see that I get up when I fall down face flat on the ground.
Resilience is key in me and in life, when it grabs ahold and wont let go.
Sometimes i feel like giving up, laying down, surrendering my soul to this earthly ground.
But when I think of you and me, what we could be, I rise like the morning sun; never quit, never done.

There is someone in my life so dear, Someone I keep so close and near. Someone who holds me when I weep, Someone who holds me when I sleep.
I'd never trade him for someone new, Or give him away for one or two. He's been there through the good and bad, Through all the happies and the sads.
I know someday we'll have to part, But when we do he'll have my heart, To give my child as he comes to share, In all the memories of my Teddy Bear!
